As the head of Natura &Co, Joao Paulo Brotto Goncalves Ferreira is responsible for growing the company's international presence. He was previously employed by Unilever in Brazil and Latin America, where he was Vice President-Supply Chain. He holds a MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led Natura's transformation from a traditional direct-selling company to a more modern, digital company. The company's digitalization led productivity growth and 17 consecutive quarters growth.

In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares using ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will allow the company to maximize synergies between its brands, and increase its product range and reach 200 million people around the world.

The company has also appointed a new executive team to guide the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer. Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. She will oversee the global stewardship and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

As the new head of Avon is Angela Cretu, a veteran of Avon and its leadership team. With over 20 years of experience at the helm of a renowned beauty brand, Cretu is poised to lead the company's global operations as well as innovation.

He spent many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has extensive experience creating consumer-focused companies and establishing businesses in emerging markets. He is also an investor and member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

As the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer As Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer, he is responsible for the evolution of the customer experience at Avon. He also oversees the creation and implementation of a new digital approach to social selling.

He was previously the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibility included driving sales and developing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also helped in the development of innovative product lines like Pro Age.

Miguel Fernandez, a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named the Global President of Avon. He has extensive experience in e-commerce complex customer management, and the execution of growth strategies.

The Neiman Marcus Group is still seeking a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives were hired.
